Four steps between a doctor's clearance and your own bed at home. Here is exactly what happens, what it costs, and what you are signing.
Start Onboarding →No paperwork queues, no calls to the TPA desk, no waiting for a fax.
The doctor has cleared you. The hospital cannot release you until the insurer sends the final approval on your discharge bill, and that takes five to six hours.
PAN card, insurance policy copy and the pre-authorisation approval. You sign an auto-debit mandate, which is only ever used for your actual shortfall.
ClaimFriendy settles the pending amount with the hospital immediately. You are discharged and recover at home instead of in a waiting room.
When the insurer approves, we work out the difference. Pay it within two days and it costs you nothing at all.
What you actually end up paying
If two days is not workable, the shortfall converts to a 3-month EMI at 2.33% per month with a one-time 2% + GST processing fee. Nothing else.
If you repay within 2 days, this service costs you absolutely nothing.
No interest. No processing fee. The mandate is cancelled and nothing is debited beyond your shortfall.
A 3-month tenure on the shortfall only, never on the full hospital bill.
A single processing fee, charged only if the shortfall converts to EMI.
Yes, technically it is a short-term medical loan from our NBFC. It is completely interest-free for 2 days.
No. This is completely optional. You can wait for the insurer instead, at no cost.
Only if you default. There is no impact if you repay within 2 days.
Rejection is rare. Even then you get 2 days to settle, and an EMI option is available.
We are not an insurer. We do not approve or reject your claim. We only bridge the payment so you can leave.
Yes, any time before discharge. After discharge the signed terms apply.
So the shortfall can be collected without you doing anything. We only ever debit your actual shortfall, nothing more.
None. Everything is disclosed in writing before you sign.
The hospital refunds the extra amount directly to you.
